Fully furnished rental cabin on freshwater lake in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Vintage 50s cabin – 3 bedroom, kitchen, bath, dining area, screened in  porch and deck. Knotty pine interior throughout. Gracious lawn sweeps to the beach-side patio and fire ring.

Located on the south shore of Big Manistique Lake in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula. The charming water-side town of Curtis, MI—with grocery, gasoline, bars, restaurants, and boat-  bait- & gift-shops—is just 4 miles away.

Attractions within a 45 minute to 1.5 hr drive:

• Seney National Wildlife Refuge
• Mackinac Island
• Grand Marais (Lake Superior’s Agate Beach)
• Tahquamenon Falls (upper and lower)
• Oswald’s Bear Ranch (where you can hold a cub)
• Paradise (you can get a cheeseburger, but the whitefish is fresh and delicious at Brown's)
• Sault Ste Marie (locks, bridge to Canada)

Rates: $75/night, minimum $225.

By the week: $500/wk in June, July, and August; $450 May and September.
